Abstract Guidelines

Intending authors are requested to prepare and submit their abstracts before 26th March 2012. Your abstract can be submitted online and should be limited to less than 500 words. You can also download a Word template and submit this to us via email.

The abstract is to provide a general scope of the work and applications. It should also include the title, author(s), author affiliations and contact author's email address, postal address details, telephone and fax numbers.

Paper Guidelines

To achieve a uniform style throughout the ACG's black and white proceedings of the Seventh International Conference on Mine Closure, all papers are to be prepared according to the Author Guidelines and document template.

Please ensure that you seek all client and internal approvals and reviews (if applicable) before the final submission date. We recommend allowing 1-2 weeks for approvals and reviews - please plan ahead and organise these to be finalised before the submission date.

Signed copyright forms are required alongwith your final paper submission. By signing the copyright form you are indicating that you have gained all necessary approvals in relation to publishing your work with the ACG in these proceedings.

Your paper should be formatted in Microsoft Word, using the template supplied on this page, and emailed to the ACG. Maximum paper length is 14 (A4) pages.

If your paper has a file size above 10Mb you can upload your file to our FTP upload site, please contact Bel for login details. Alternatively, you can use your preferred FTP site.

Please contact Miss Bel Doley for further information regarding your abstract or paper submission.
